Futsal & Badminton Business Proposal for Investor

The Plan

To open Futsal & Badminton Center at suitable place, depend on the demand and strategic location.

Initial investment

No minimum and maximum amount is set. Currently, we only survey the suitable location. Then we will assess the cost require to set up the business, which depend on the size of the location itself. The business only will be set up once the total investment by the investor is enough to cover the cost and working capital.

The Legal Entity

All the investment makes by the investor will be put under suitable entity that governs by the Malaysia Act. Currently, “Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad” structure is being considered and will be register under “Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia”. The legal entity is important to protect investor interest.

Other matter

While waiting for total investment enough to open the futsal & badminton center, the money will be invested in product approve by Securities Commission or Bank Negara Malaysia that generate return. This is one of the ways to grow the total investment. The investor entitles to the return as they own the legal entity.

Accounting record

Monthly financial statement, which consist Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet will be produce in order to update investor the financial position of the legal entity. The investor has right to inquire and to inspect if they think it is necessary.

Withdraw as investor

Any investor has right to withdraw full or partial of his/her portion in the legal entity at any reasonable time. The latest monthly financial statement will be use to determine the amount that entitle to respective investor.

Please take note that this investment is not profit guarantee. Investor will expose to business risk, either profitability or loss. However, we will work toward profitability and sustainability of the business and if this model work, the model will be replicate to the other type of business which I have a few in my mind.
